Got another new member, Information about meetups

Hello everyone I am going to upload the newest changes to BFW website today. They should include a form where you can RSVP at meeting so now well know how many members are coming . I also put in a widgets feature of one of my favorite groups just to share with everyone what I listen to while I think up those writing prompts that we use.

BTW last weeks meeting went great (even though I was late) and I want to thank our hostess at Constellation Bookstore for letting us meet at her place. Hopefully next month we will have several new members, and I will be on time. I heard that we originally had more members, but they left so to them I extend the invitation to come again to our little writing group.

Another New Member

Greetings everyone I am happy to say that we have another new member who is looking forward to this Wednesday. I think that what I will do is to have a guestbook available so that everyone who comes can sign in. Nothing big just their names and email addresses so that we can keep track of who's coming to each meeting.

I still want to put a password protected members area on the site, and let everyon put up a picture of themselves along with their email addresses, but I doubt if I will put it on the table at our first meetup. I want everyone to get comfortable with each other first and then we can concentrate on getting to know one another.

I know that I was surprised when I first read it. Our little writing group mentioned in the baltimore sun ? I was so shocked. But im glad because it may lead to some of our old members returning.

We already have one confirmed member and a second member showing intrest in joining, but she is a little shy hopefully I can get her to join by the 17th which is our first meetup since our little change in leadership. But hopefully they will remember us and return.

I hope that everyone can make it on the 17th .

Hello everyone. This is my first post since we found our newest member, and I hope that everyone is listening. It's one week before our big June 17 meetup and I have just updated our calendar to reflect the change . The calendar doesn't show our location, but I am sure that it will draw in more members that may have been doubtful of us in the past.

Well that is the latest news on BFW! I hope that everyone will be there on June 17. I have some really neat writing prompts on hand and im sure that it will be a blast.
